Your Sales advised me it would be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, which would have gotten to me the Thursday before Mother's Day, But when I called back to get status, the story changed to it would be shipped 3 to 5 business days, and delivered another 5 days after that. Needless to say the gift was late by 5 days. Which did not sit well with me. Better communications on your part would have helped the situation greatly.
